I'm Vivan Jain (Oberoi).Founder & CEO
I grew up at a Jain business dinner table where risk and trust were always part of the conversation. I started managing family operations 12 years ago—early for most, but to me, it felt like the natural next step.
Watching my grandfather build relationships and create value from the ground up shaped the way I think about business. Over time, I felt a strong responsibility not just to continue what was built, but to bring fresh thinking and new opportunities into the business field . That mindset eventually led me to contribute toward building and growing House of Persis—blending traditional business values with a more modern, evolving vision.
